This 60,000 SF facility holds financial center on the ground floor, and offices for the city executive and staff, commercial lending, and mortgage and subsidiaries on the upper floors. Located in the 50-year-old, rapidly redeveloping Friendly Center, the site presented spatial constraints. An innovative solution led to the upper floors spanning over 4 drive-thru remote banking lanes plus an ATM lane. The exterior of the building brinds in details from BB&T’s standard palette of materials and finishes, and also blends into the “New Urban” style of the shopping center.

Drive-thru lanes were built into the design of the 10,500 SF financial center on the ground floor. This space also allows for 6,000 SF of future expansion for additional office space.
