This existing campus dealership dating from the 1980’s is being re-envisioned to accommodate current sales and service needs for these two automotive brands.     Due to higher sales and service volume, the Mazda brand is being relocated to the larger building and this building is being given a comprehensive renovation to showcase current brand standards.    The smaller existing building to the rear of the site will be almost completely rebuilt to accommodate the Lincoln brand in a high-end boutique “Vitrine showroom”.    Service for both brands will be accommodated in the larger building.  Complex zoning regulations for the Town of Cary have led to an extended site plan submittal and review process.
