+ Welden Creek Swim Club

Serving a new planned “new urban” community - Welden Village, the Welden Creek Club will be constructed in phases as the town grows. White clapboard and steep roof profiles reinforce the village aesthetic. Phase I includes a new competition-level pool with a wading area and a sun shelf with bubblers. A variety of seating and lounge areas surround the pool. Cabanas at the far end overlook both the pool and a community lake. The main building houses a lifeguard check-in office/ a small catering kitchen and large Men’s and Women’s bathrooms. Care was taken for finishes to be upscale but durable. High windows bring natural light into the baths and care was taken with lighting to create a club-like residential feel. A small playground rounds out the current facility. Future phases will add a private party pavilion, a café, a multipurpose community room, and a workout facility.
