Originally owned by LAMBERT principal Stuart McCormick, he renovated this brick cottage in phases beginning nearly 20 years ago.   His last addition included a large "Great Hall" and screen porch.   Years later, an empty-nester couple saw it as an opportunity to downsize to single-story living in a convenient, central location and reached out to Stuart for an expansion.   The original small primary bedroom area was removed and a large new suite was added including a greatly-expanded closets, new laundry, primary bath and bedroom.   The rear yard was tweaked with an expanded terrace, new walks and steps to accommodate grading.
